Ok dude! asked:
I filed for a trademark and I am late responding to office action by 10 days. The trademark attorney for my mark said I could pay for them to reconsider. But the drugstore trademark still says its “Live”.Should I respond to office action anyways or does it not matter now, even if its not dead being the 6 months to respond is up.
Anyone have advice?
If you was an attorney you would have gave information in plain english and not copy paste the rules from USPTO.gov
