say you felt the commercials are becoming too ’sexually explicit’ and you wanted to take a stand against them how would one go about this?

Who would you sue?
Would the FCC be on Viagra buy cheap your side or against you?

Wow, we’re such a litigious society these days.
You can’t sue someone for using their freedom of speech dear. It’s in the constitution. The best you could do is file a complaint.
You can file a complaint with the FCC. You really don’t have any grounds to sue.
