Traffic Lawyer Or Not? Second Speeding Tickets Within A Year?

Should I hire a lawyer to fight my speeding ticket? I was going 70 on a 55 zone at 11pm on a Monday night in the County of Sacramento. The last sign on the road I saw was 65 and the officer told me the road changed to 55 and he was following me for a while using his radar. I had a speeding Cheap Alli Online Without Prescription ticket last year going 79 on a 65 and went to traffic school and got that cleared. I don’t want my insurance premiums to go up so I am considering hiring a traffic lawyer
